At MSN Pharmacy Group, we offer a supportive, community focused training experience designed to help you build confidence, develop clinical and professional skills, and prepare for the GPhC registration assessment.

We know that no two trainees are the same. That is why we aim to provide a training year that is structured, practical, and personalised.
We offer a diverse range of Pharmacy Foundation Training programmes across our group, designed to provide a broad and well-rounded learning experience.
Our programmes include opportunities for cross-sector placements with local hospitals, enabling trainees to gain valuable insight into secondary care practice. In addition, we have established non-reciprocal placement arrangements within GP surgeries, offering exposure to primary care settings and multidisciplinary team working.
These varied experiences are designed to support the development of confident, competent pharmacists equipped with the clinical, professional, and communication skills required for modern practice.
Our foundation training programme is designed to give you a strong grounding in real world pharmacy practice while helping you prepare for assessment and practice as a newly qualified pharmacist.
