How it works
Sign up once, collect whenever you like
Request your repeat prescription the usual way: online, via the NHS app, or through your GP surgery.
You'll receive a text message as soon as your prescription is dispensed and ready to collect from the machine.
Use your unique code at the collection machine anytime: morning, evening, or the middle of the night.
Get started
Once registered, you'll automatically be enrolled for automated collection, with nothing else to set up. We'll manage everything from our end.
